well after yesterday's wonderful Sunday dinner we went out for fireworks and ended up in myself buying skittles and malteasers and troughinh then en route to the chip shop for a kids sausage and chips meal to combat the cold evening. I jumped on the scales this morning and weighed in st dead on 12st which is my target weight so a 1.5lb gain since last Tuesday which I'm not bothered about in the least. Today was a busy day so headed out after a banana for breakfast and ended up having a cheese scone and coffee in Morpeth. That was it until dinner which consisted of SW meatballs cooked in passatta with mushroom, onion and chilli flakes and tagliatelle which was amazing. Then came half s bar of galaxy shortbread fingers nom nom. Not sure of the syns on that one but I can afford them I feel and if I can't I will just food optimise to the max until I'm back on the bubble. Hope your all doing well on your own personal journies?

4/11/2107Breakfast consisted of a ham omelette and a banana. Lunch/dinner was a chixken and bacon pizza with BBQ sauce (I hear you all saying how many syns?? Fuck knows haha) but that was all the food I've had today plus I'm a target member so I can afford it. Few beers a few more syns but hey ho. I know that if I gain I can 100% food optimise and lose the gain as I have proved with a 7.5lb loss in 6 days. If your not committed then you will fail or have very slow weight losses. If you are dedicated then great things can be achieved on your weight loss journey!!
